Introducing the Somatic Shift Bodywork Clinic Team
Jesi- offers a space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the deeper rhythms within. She brings 20+ years of hands-on experience to the clinic. She incorporates tools from her 20+ years of bodywork, including Craniosacral, Myofascial Release, Cupping, and Tuning Forks. She also holds an Intra-Oral endorsement on her massage license, allowing her to address jaw, head, and neck concerns that many practitioners cannot reach. Jesi has a deep passion for working with clients who may have a similar history and are navigating PTSD, survivors of childhood sexual abuse, as well as postpartum and perimenopausal clients. Her work is trauma-informed at its core, and she understands the particular trust it takes for these communities to seek bodywork support. Through intuitive, responsive bodywork, she supports clients in releasing tension, restoring balance, and inviting meaningful change. Every session is guided by what your body is ready to shift with no agenda, no rush, just deep listening and care. To learn more about her bodywork practice find her website here. Mijo-is a wonderful new addition to our team and is building a practice we are genuinely excited about. In her second year as a practitioner, Mijo brings a body-positive, size-inclusive approach to everything she does, meeting clients where they are, collaborating with them, and learning alongside them. She practices Somassage®, a specialized bodywork rooted in Soma Structural Integration that works with the body's fascial system, using specific depth and directionality to restore balance to the whole body. Mijo blends this with Swedish massage to address each client's individual needs while also nurturing an overall sense of relaxation and wellness. She also offers integrative and pregnancy massage, and has a particular passion for working with bigger-bodied clients, bringing them the skilled, dignified care they deserve.
